The Independence Day Programme was celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 15th August 2025. The school premises were beautifully decorated with tricolour flags, balloons, and flowers, creating a festive atmosphere.
The celebration began with the flag hoisting ceremony by our respected chief guest, followed by the singing of the National Anthem by students and staff. A special March Past was presented by the cabinet, all the House, Scouts, Guides, and the school band, showcasing discipline and unity.
The cultural programme included patriotic songs, speeches, and dances performed by students from various classes. Poems and skits depicting the struggles of the freedom fighters were presented, instilling a sense of pride and respect for the nation’s history.
The chief guest addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of Independence Day and encouraging students to be responsible citizens. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and the distribution of sweets to all students and staff.
The event was a memorable occasion that strengthened the spirit of patriotism in everyone present.
