CBSE Training session 2025

A training session for the teaching staff was conducted by CBSE , focusing on enhancing teachers’ professional skills and aligning classroom practices with the latest educational reforms.

The programme covered a range of important topics through interactive sessions:

  • Art Integration in Education – Teachers were introduced to the concept of integrating art into different subjects to make learning more engaging and creative. Practical demonstrations and group activities helped teachers explore how art can enhance understanding and expression.

  • National Curriculum Framework (NCF) – Resource persons provided detailed insights into the objectives of the NCF and its implementation in classrooms. Emphasis was placed on competency-based education, experiential learning, and holistic student development.

  • Use of AI Tools in the Classroom – Teachers were trained to explore Artificial Intelligence-based tools that can support lesson planning, interactive teaching, assessment, and personalized learning. The session highlighted how AI can be used responsibly to make teaching more effective and student-centric.

The teachers actively participated in discussions, activities, and practice sessions, gaining valuable skills and strategies to enrich their classroom practices.

The training concluded with reflections shared by the participants, who expressed that the session was informative, practical, and highly beneficial. The Principal appreciated the efforts of CBSE and encouraged the staff to implement the learnings in their day-to-day teaching.

A training session on SAFAL (Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning) was conducted  for the teaching staff under the guidance of CBSE. The objective of the session was to familiarize teachers with the structure, purpose, and implementation of the SAFAL assessment in schools.

The resource person explained that SAFAL is designed to assess the foundational skills of students in literacy, numeracy, and essential competencies, moving beyond rote learning to measure conceptual understanding and application. Detailed guidelines regarding assessment tools, question formats, competency-based evaluation, and data interpretation were provided.

Overall, the training session proved to be a fruitful experience, empowering teachers to adapt innovative methods and align with the vision of 21st-century education.
