The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the declaration of Periodic Test – 1 results was held on 9th August 2025 (Saturday) at St. Francis Convent Co-Ed School, Patel Nagar.
The meeting began at 8:30 AM and continued till 11:30 AM in the respective classrooms. A large number of parents attended the meeting and interacted with the teachers regarding the academic performance and overall progress of their wards.
Teachers shared detailed feedback with the parents and also discussed areas of improvement and suggestions for better learning outcomes. The PTM provided a great opportunity for effective communication between the school and the parents, which is essential for the holistic development of the students.
The PTM concluded successfully with positive responses and cooperation from the parents.
